DESIGN
Dedicated to glamour, to women who want to shine, be unique, and exclusive. The Sofia high boot was created to be special. The sinuous and feminine lines of the boot are dedicated to an iconic Italian beauty; the curved front of the shoe makes this model irresistible. The classic equestrian style, naturally elegant, can be combined with customizations with real crystals to shine on every occasion. Tucci Time Sofia is available with a whip holder or made even more unique with the crystal designs of the Everytime customizations collection.
MATERIALS
Details make the difference, starting with the choice of high-quality materials. Each leather in Tucci Time boots is selected for its specific characteristics. Softness and resistance ensure the right freedom of movement, extreme anti-chafing hold, and superior durability. The lining is made with fine leathers, selected and sourced from certified Italian and French farms, treated respecting their natural beauty, through innovative softening treatments. The high breathability and absorbent characteristics maintain the ideal condition of comfort of the foot and leg to offer an incredible soft-touch sensation. This type of fit improves contact with the horse and sensitivity in the saddle. The padded leather rear tongue protects both the heel and the zipper and helps the foot slide easily into the boot shoe. A second antibacterial, anti-shock insole is always provided in the package. In the Tucci Time collection, Franco Tucci has also conceived a new SUPER SOFT version, available on all models, to satisfy the need for extreme freedom, suppleness, and a featherweight feel during training in the saddle.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
All Tucci Time riding boot models feature a highly absorbent and breathable elastic band along the rear zipper, ensuring maximum comfort and encouraging proper heel-down positioning. Furthermore, the elastic, combined with the wide range of sizes, guarantees an exclusive custom fit . The certified and reinforced zippers, the zipper protectors at the heel and calf, with a snap button on the zipper pull, are the most secure closure system ever conceived. Double stitching ensures greater resistance along the stress points of the riding boot. Leather spur holders. The lightweight sole features a technical profile for a secure grip on the stirrup.

Regular expedited shipping Cut-Off is 12 p.m. EST. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed on expedited orders due to courier geographic restrictions. If you require Saturday delivery, please call us and inquire if services are available in your area.

Return Policy
-You may return most new, unused & unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned to us in new condition, which includes the product's original packaging. Custom pieces, treats, oral supplements & bits are not refundable.
-A 15% restocking / open box fee will apply to all products returned with damaged or defaced manufacturer packaging. To avoid this fee, please put all returns or exchanges in appropriate packing materials such as a separate box or shipping bag. Items returned to us with shipping labels, tape, hand writing on the manufacturer's box will be automatically subject to the 15% open box / restocking fee.
-Items qualifying for free shipping which are returned will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
-Shipping charges are non-refundable.
-Items purchased from our Sale Room, or our Online Auction Site are ineligible for refunds.
-Sales are final on all custom items.
-Refunds may take up to 30 business days after your return has been received to be processed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply fill out the return paperwork sent with your purchase and ship it back to us with your contact information. If you are returning a high value item, we recommend insuring your package. to your account. Can't locate the return paperwork? No problem, simply email customerservice@farmhousetack.com, we will happily email you a copy. If you have an online account with us, you can also begin the return process from within your online order. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You can choose from FedEx or USPS. Please note the cut off to ship
orders via expedited services is 12:00 P.M. EST.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
