While we're proud to offer a wide selection of quality products at competitive prices, it's our team that makes the difference. Our friendly and knowledgable staff are the reason beginners and professionals alike choose The Farm House — and keep coming back for life.
Most of our staff actively ride or compete. This personal experience and passion means you can order with confidence from someone who knows what it takes to impeccably turn out a rider and horse. We know how to ask the right questions to ensure you get what you need.
We're honored to provide experienced guidance and extra-mile customer service to tens of thousands of equestrians every year. We look forward to serving you, too!
We're proud to offer a wide inventory to match the budget and needs of every equestrian — from casual trail riders to career competitors. But even our most affordable products must meet strict quality and safety standards.
If we wouldn't buy it for ourselves, our kids, or our horses, you won't find it here.
Details matter in presentation and performance. Whether you're a seasoned pro or the non-horsey parent of a horse-crazed kid, our friendly team knows and cares enough to help you get what you need.
We're happy to offer suggestions about the latest apparel trends, tell you which equipment is “standard” for your discipline, and provide trained assistance in measuring for custom items and saddle fit.
We have what you and your horse need — from hairnets to hoof boots, and everything in-between.
If you can't find what you're looking for in our store, give us a call. We’re known for locating those hard-to-find items. If we can't find it, they don't make it!

The Farm House and the Lehner family are honored to support the community that has supported us for over 40 years. One way we do this is by donating prizes, awards, and ribbons to local horse show organizations. This reduces overhead costs for the show and helps to make the circuits more affordable to riders and trainers. We also deeply discount prizes purchased by local organizations that annually offer year-end awards.
Additionally, many of our staff members are personally involved in the local equestrian community. Noreen Lehner is on the board of directors for the Foothills Humane Society, while others give back through involvement in equine rescue or by volunteer in an educational capacity to serve the horse community.
We are also excited to offer an annual equestrian college scholarship beginning in 2023. More details will be available soon!
