With a stainless steel mouthpiece, this bit is durable, easy to clean, tasteless, and does not rust. The addition of a copper link creates warmth and encourages salivation for a soft mouth. Two rings allow for the rein to be placed on either the main ring or a smaller lower ring for more leverage. The gags put pressure on both the bars of the mouth and the poll for increased flexion and lower head carriage.
