It fits anatomically correct between tongue and palate, and allows effective rein aids. This bit is designed to encourage the horse to confidently step forward to the bit. It is ideal for sensitive horses or horses with a fleshy tongue. This bit allows for direct pressure transmission on the tongue an lower jaw due to the fixed mouthpiece. It lies steady in the horse's mouth and is gentle on the corners of the mouth. It also supports sideways acting rein aids.
