Great CS when purchasing. Very helpful. Vest is nice although sizing seems a bit off. Glad I tried a few in before buying.
Most comfortable fall I have ever had! Deployed when my unflappable trail horse decided the duck pond is terrifying and he just scooted right out from under me. Highly recommend!
I bought this vest after falling off my horse and twisting my back and not being able to ride for almost a month. Since I bought the vest I have fallen off a couple times and it is a totally different experience. Quite frankly I initially bought 3 replacement canisters for my vest because I figured by the time I went through them I would be done with riding but the vest makes me less scared and has definitely stopped me from getting hurt when I fall. I recently bought all the canisters I could find, I probably have 20 now because I don't want to think about how many times I think I will fall and buy that amount - the vest should really come with 12 so you don't think about counting your falls or thinking about falling again. This vest changed my perception of falling and my fear related to it. For context I am 50, I rode through high school, rode periodically since high school but just came back to riding regularly in the past year. The way the vest prevents you from twisting when you fall is just amazing. I cannot recommend this vest enough it is a total game changer.
This is my third safety vest, and the best yet. I also have a Tipperary lite vest and an Airowear vest, both with different densities, but not an airbag. After a fall a few months ago, my mom kindly bought this for me as a gift (and insurance policy, I imagine!). I wear it every ride and am very happy with it. It is very lightweight, comfortable, and doesn't get in the way of your saddle or overall comfort. I live in Southern California and it can get very hot, so ventilation and not overheating is very important. The only issue I have with it (and this is a manufacturer thing) is the zipper could be better secured at the bottom to prevent it from becoming undone/splitting. I also wore this in a show recently (over my jacket) and it wasn't bulky or very noticeable, it does have a little bit of stretch. I'll be buying a new show jacket soon for it to zip into. Overall would very much recommend it, I tell every jumper at my barn to look into purchasing one if they can! For size reference, I purchased a women's small.
