Rearm your X'AIR SAFE. The X'AIR SAFE cartridge, made from cast steel with a welded shutter, guarantees maximum safety and reliability.
Choose the capacity. The X'AIR SAFE cartridge is available in four capacities to fit your waistcoat perfectly: 16g for children's sizes S and M, 18g for children's size L and sizes XXS to XST, 20g for size S, 24g for sizes ST and M, and 33g for sizes MT to XL. Make sure you choose the right capacity to ensure optimum activation of your body protector.
Not all cartridges are created equal. FREEJUMP airbag vests (and those manufactured by FREEJUMP for the Pénélope and Equithème brands) are certified under the NF S 72 800 2022 standard, and as such, only FREEJUMP cartridges are approved for these airbags.
We require the use of FREEJUMP cartridges with our airbags to ensure proper operation and your safety.
The characteristics of the cartridges are fundamental to ensuring efficient inflation. The quality of the seal is particularly important. A seal that is too thick becomes difficult to pierce; the CO2 evacuation hole is then too small and slows the gas release, thus slowing the airbag inflation speed. The inflation speed of FREEJUMP airbag vests (ranging from 80 ms to 130 ms, depending on the size) is certainly the fastest on the market. This is due to numerous factors, including the quality of the cartridge seal opening.
The proper functioning of airbags manufactured by FREEJUMP and your safety can only be guaranteed with the use of our certified cartridges.

Expedited Shipping Cut Off Is 12 p.m. EST. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed on expedited orders due to courier geographic restrictions. If you require Saturday delivery, please call us and inquire if services are available in your area.
Orders qualifying for free shipping are sent regular ground and are not guaranteed for holiday delivery, please plan accordingly.

Return Policy
-You may return most new, unused & unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned to us in new condition, this includes the products original packaging. Custom pieces, treats, oral supplements & bits are not refundable.
-A 15% restocking / open box fee will apply to all products returned with damaged or defaced manufacturer packaging. To avoid this fee, please put all returns or exchanges in appropriate packing materials such as a separate box or shipping bag. Items returned to us with shipping labels, tape, hand writing on the manufacturer's box will be automatically subject to the 15% open box / restocking fee.
-Items qualifying for free shipping which are returned will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
-Shipping charges are non refundable.
-Items purchased from our Sale Room, or our Online Auction Site are ineligible for refunds.
-Sales are final on all custom items.
-Refunds may take up to 30 business days after your return has been received to be processed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply fill out the return paperwork sent with your purchase and ship it back to us with your contact information. If you are returning a high value item, we recommend insuring your package. to your account. Can't locate the return paperwork? No problem, simply email customerservice@farmhousetack.com, we will happily email you a copy. If you have an online account with us, you can also begin the return process from within your online order. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You can choose from FedEx or USPS. Please note the cut off to ship
orders via expedited services is 12:00 P.M. EST.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Our free shipping policy is for residents of the contiguous United States only.
