Our Hottest Breeches Of The Year (So Far)

It’s been a busy year so far and somehow we’re almost halfway through! At shows and on our rides, we’ve noticed some of our favorite breeches trending and put together a list of some of this year’s hottest breeches (so far).

#1 Tailored Sportsman Sock Bottom Vintage Trophy Hunter Breeches

First, Tailored Sportsman does it again with their Sock Bottom Vintage Trophy Hunter Breeches. We are not surprised to see these at the top of the list– they’re a favorite of ours as well! 

The super comfy fabric of these breeches allows for a form-fitting figure-flattering look while maintaining shape and moving with you while you ride. Classic European leg seams on the outside of the breech, vintage clarino knee patches, front zip, front slash pockets, and belt loops make these a great choice for show days and training for years to come.

#2 Equiline ATIRK Women’s Knee Grip Breeches in 4 Seasons B-Move

Next, the Atrik breeches with the 4 season fabric from Equiline. The 4 SeasonsB-Move fabric offers extra comfort, stretch, and feel. The signature stretch fastening system on the bottom legs provides the utmost comfort to the rider underneath their riding boots. Pick them up in all your classic colors: white, blue, black, and beige for the ultimate show look. 

#3 RJ Classics Women’s Hayden Knee Patch Breech

The new and improved RJ Classics Hayden Knee Patch Breech (formerly known as Harper) was also a favorite. These breeches boast an extended mesh length at the bottom, ensuring superior breathability and a snugger fit. In their latest redesign, RJ has added a stretchy waistband for enhanced comfort and included tummy control pockets, ensuring a flattering and secure feel. Plus, silicone bit-print knee patches provide added security. We love the thoughtful new additions to these classic breeches!

#4 KL Select Gabrielle Knee Patch Breech

The KL Select Gabrielle Breech is on the rise this year and for good reason. These breeches feature high-tech compression fabric with 4-way stretch for optimal movability and a sleek figure-flattering look! They’re made with high-quality 100% jersey made in Italy to create a perfect fit while the 4-way stretch fabric ensures unrestricted movement, support, and shape retention. The traditional tan, navy, and white are great choices for show day. The waistband even has added grip to keep your shirt from coming untucked! The fun seasonal colors are a great addition to more casual riding days.

And for riders looking for a more modern style, the Ego 7 Jumping CA breeches were a huge hit. The Jumping CA Knee Patch Breeches have a super comfortable high waist design with a V styled back. These breeches are modern and attractive! They’re also made of the same 4-way stretch material to ensure breathability, comfort, and better contact with your horse.

Breeches on the rise:

AP Hassinger was another crowd-pleaser during the first half of this year, making their breeches one to watch. The Hunter Knee Patch Breeches and the Jumper Knee Patch Breeches are perfect for shows, featuring a front zip design accentuated with piping on the pockets and along the top. The left thigh is adorned with a rhinestone logo embellishment, while the knee section boasts silicone patches for enhanced grip. Made from ultra-soft yet durable material, these breeches also come with deep pockets. We also love the Night Moves Knee Patch Breeches and Sedgefield breeches for a flattering style in blue and green colors.

Best-selling full seat breeches:

We’ve seen several styles from Cavallo gain popularity this year. The Cavallo Ladies Caja Grip Full Seat Breeches, were a fan-favorite for full-seat breeches.
