Unbox the KL Select Gabrielle Breeches with Maya Schneider

We asked one of our favorite adult amateur rider influencers, Maya Schneider (@mpridgen on Instagram) to tell us all her thoughts on the absolutely stunning KL Select Gabrielle Breeches. Here’s what she had to say!

My name is Maya Schneider @mpridgen on Instagram. I‘ve been a lifelong hunter rider who only ever briefly dabbled in the equitation in 2020 or used eq classes as warm ups for  the hunters. I purchased my horse Noble in 2021 to be my amateur owner hunter. After an unsuccessful attempt at making him into a hunter I’ve been showing in the adult jumpers since winter of 2022.

I had the opportunity to try KL Select’s Gabrielle breeches, and they did not disappoint. These breeches are amazing quality with a great price point coming in at $172.  The quality and features of these breeches rival the $300 plus options on the market.

They currently come in 7 beautiful color combinations and will be available in an 8th color soon. These breeches feature a front & back zipper with contrasting piping. The breeches fit and flatter a wide range of sizes and body types. Their standard size range is 22R – 34R, and some of the colors offer extended sizing (20R – 36R).

They are very comfortable, offer great grip, and are very flattering. The euro seat placement, back yoke detail,  and compression fabric makes for great butt-sculpting. I typically prefer high rise breeches, but I’m a fan of KL Select’s natural rise. The rise sits in between a mid and high rise and  the waistband stays in place without sliding or rolling down.

I think these run true to size, but due to the stretchy nature of  fabric one could likely size down if they want more compression or aren’t as curvy. Another huge plus is stains seem to come out of this fabric easily.
