👉 Festive Barn Bites

These homemade horse treats use wholesome, barn-approved ingredients your horse will love. Great for stocking stuffers, lesson kids, and holiday barn parties.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup rolled oat

• 1 cup plain or whole-wheat flour

• 1 cup unsweetened applesauce

• 1 tbsp molasses

• 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

• ½ cup grated carrots (optional)

• ½ cup grated apples (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. Mix oats and flour in a bowl.

3. Add applesauce, molasses, and cinnamon; stir to form dough.

4. Fold in carrots/apples if using.

5. Press into molds or scoop onto sheet.

6. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.

7. Cool completely before serving.

Storage:

Store in airtight container up to one week.

👉 Pup-kin Biscuit Bites 

Don’t forget the barn dogs! These easy dog treats bake up beautifully and make sweet little gifts for your barn family.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup pumpkin purée (NOT pie filling)

• 2½ cups plain or whole-wheat flour

• 1 egg

• 1–2 tbsp water

• ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

• 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. Mix flour and cinnamon in a bowl.

3. Add pumpkin, honey, and water; stir until crumbly.

4. Knead by hand until smooth.

5. Roll to ½-inch thickness.

6. Cut into shapes; place on baking sheet.

7. Bake 12–15 minutes.

8. Cool completely before serving.

Storage:

Store in airtight container up to one week.
