Trust Leather Full Cheek Bit

A full cheek bit is a bit whose bit rings are extended with two small bars at the transition bit ring - mouthpiece. The sides make sure that a horse is easier to turn and that the rider can’t pull the bit through the horse’s mouth. This makes the full-cheek snaffle bit more useful for schooling young horses. 

The core of the leather bit is made of reinforced nylon. The leather that is stitched by hand around the core is naturally tanned without chemicals. Salivation makes the leather bit softer and therefore more pleasant for the horse. The flexible effect in combination with the taste of the leather makes the bit extremely suitable for horses with sensitive mouths. The stitching of the leather bit should point forward when it is in the horse's mouth.

Tip: Apply olive oil to the leather bit regularly to keep it supple.
