Single-branch technology
The single-branch spring steel design of the SOFT'UP LITE stirrups acts as a suspension system, reducing the effort exerted on each stirrup by one third, thereby reducing pressure on the rider's joints and relieving the horse's back. This advanced design not only enhances comfort but also overall durability and performance.
Optimal safety
The outer branch of the stirrup is made of Elastollan®, a flexible material that deforms and allows the branch to open to facilitate foot release in case of a fall.

Featuring a super grip, it offers superior traction, reinforced by elevated studs. The integration of fiberglass in the floor ensures unparalleled longevity. The SOFT'UP LITE stirrup features Freejump Shock Absorption technology thanks to its single-branch design. This guarantees optimum shock absorption and exceptional comfort.
Design and customization.
The advanced position of the eye relative to the stirrup floor shifts the center of gravity to promote heel drop. Oriented at 45°, the eye of the SOFT’UP LITE facilitates easy mounting and follows the natural movement of the leg, offering genuine comfort. The pin on the mini-branch of the SOFT’UP LITE is interchangeable, allowing for customization with different colors, patterns, or flags. The single-branch design of the SOFT’UP LITE stirrup, made from long fiber polyamides, meets the maximum stress requirements that a stirrup can endure in terms of shock and fatigue.
The single-branch technology, combined with Elastollan® overmolding, reduces the force exerted on each stirrup by threefold, thus relieving the rider's joints and the horse's back. The flexible outer branch in Elastollan® of the SOFT’UP LITE is designed to facilitate foot release in case of a fall and can open under foot pressure. The floor of the SOFT’UP LITE stirrup offers exceptional grip thanks to the super grip, enhanced by raised studs. The integration of carbon fiber in the floor ensures unmatched durability.

Care Information:
- Use a slightly damp hard-bristled brush to clean the floor (the area with the studs that hold the boot sole). This method effectively removes dirt and debris accumulated on the floor.
- Carefully wipe the other parts of the stirrups with a soft cloth and hot water to remove dust and dirt without damaging the surfaces.
- Let the stirrups air dry. This prevents any corrosion and ensures the longevity of the stirrups.
- Caution: use the hard-bristled brush only for the footbed to avoid damaging the other parts. Regular maintenance ensures the durability and proper functioning of your stirrups.

Expedited Shipping Cut Off Is 12 p.m. EST. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed on expedited orders due to courier geographic restrictions. If you require Saturday delivery, please call us and inquire if services are available in your area.
Orders qualifying for free shipping are sent regular ground and are not guaranteed for holiday delivery, please plan accordingly.

Return Policy
-You may return most new, unused & unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned to us in new condition, this includes the products original packaging. Custom pieces, treats, oral supplements & bits are not refundable.
-A 15% restocking / open box fee will apply to all products returned with damaged or defaced manufacturer packaging. To avoid this fee, please put all returns or exchanges in appropriate packing materials such as a separate box or shipping bag. Items returned to us with shipping labels, tape, hand writing on the manufacturer's box will be automatically subject to the 15% open box / restocking fee.
-Items qualifying for free shipping which are returned will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
-Shipping charges are non refundable.
-Items purchased from our Sale Room, or our Online Auction Site are ineligible for refunds.
-Sales are final on all custom items.
-Refunds may take up to 30 business days after your return has been received to be processed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply fill out the return paperwork sent with your purchase and ship it back to us with your contact information. If you are returning a high value item, we recommend insuring your package. to your account. Can't locate the return paperwork? No problem, simply email customerservice@farmhousetack.com, we will happily email you a copy. If you have an online account with us, you can also begin the return process from within your online order. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You can choose from FedEx or USPS. Please note the cut off to ship
orders via expedited services is 12:00 P.M. EST.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
