I purchased these boots because of the soft wool inside as my horse started to hit the inside of his ankle when in the field and I have the matching front boots. The rubs have healed and he doesn’t mind wearing them when we ride. He definitely prefers them over the hard plastic boots and based on the front boot purchase Valena is a good quality boot.
