We love this Trust Leather Loose Ring Straight, because it is designed for horses that dislike the feel of metal in their mouths, and helps the horse to relax and accept the bit.

The Trust Equestrian Leather bits are leather-covered straight bars, with cross-stitching on the reverse side.The leather that is stitched by hand around the bar is naturally tanned without chemicals. Saliva formation makes the leather bit softer and therefore more pleasant for the horse. The taste of the leather makes the bit extremely suitable for horses with a sensitive mouth.

Regularly lubricate a leather bit with olive oil to keep the bit supple. The stitching of the leather bit should point forward when it is in the horse's mouth.
