The shell of KEP helmets is made of polycarbonate which is embedded with double-density polystyrene for shock absorption upon impact. Dedicated to compliance with stringent safety standards, KEP outfits their helmets with a five-point padded beige harness attachment, flexible visor, and extended back for increased protection. With round and long oval options, these helmets are complete with a removable Coolmax liner for the perfect fit. 

The Cromo Matt model is one of the basic models of the range of riding helmets produced by KEP Italia and is a great value for the money. A simple helmet, available in black only and suited to all disciplines, the MATT model features all the typical KEP Italia characteristics, including the classic Air Control System, and the ventilation system developed exclusively by KEP Italia to ensure optimum internal temperature based on atmospheric conditions. This system, together with the lightweight design of the helmet, provides the rider with enhanced comfort. Features a beige harness  with five attachment points to the shell of the helmet. Internal Coolmax lining (for maximum breathability and comfort) that is detachable and can be washed by hand in cold water or in the machine at 30°C.
