Top 5 Horse Halloween Costumes
With Halloween right around the corner, things are starting to get pretty "spooktactular" here at The Farm House! It's one of our favorite holidays and we love talking about our favorite horsey costumes that we've seen over the years.
So without further ado, here are our Top 5 Horse Halloween Costumes!
1. Skeleton
Does anyone else think this horse needs some groceries (skeleton jokes guys)??
But in all serious, how cool is this costume, especially on a black horse. If you're like me, and can't even draw a stick figure then this might not be a costume for you. But if you've got an artist's touch, you have to consider giving this one a whirl!

2. Taco
We also love to eat here at the store and probably get food from our local Mexican restaurant at least every week... so when this cute combo popped up we went wild!

3. Expedition Everest
This one takes the cake for most ingenious! The idea of a hiker climbing Mt. Everest is so unique and fun. I just hope it wasn't 80 degrees on this Halloween!

4. For Sale: Great with Kids!
A favorite from year to year is the "Great with Kids" Horse. Normally featuring a for sale sign and then a handler that is sporting a black eye and crutches. It really captures the parts of buying horses that we just have to laugh about.

5. Maleficent
But our all time favorite costume has to be from our very own Lisa Clements! Last year, she and her horse Robin went as Maleficent and her dragon to our local Halloween hunter pace. She really went all out!
