Horses on new race training technology

The Future of Horse Training?

On my internet travels, I came across a video of a new training technique being tested on horses in England.

Kurt Systems Rail

It stems from a technology and design of roller coasters. Yes, roller coasters... No, seriously all kidding aside, theme park roller coasters. Crazy right? My first thoughts were wow that's cool, followed by how do you break a race horse to one of those and 1) not die, 2) not injure million dollar 2 year old & 3) not damage million dollar piece of equipment.  But the trainer seen in the video makes an excellent point. By removing the human error variable, how much more successful will these horses be?

Can you imagine if horses were all started this way with the same basic training how different goals and expectations would be? Granted there are lots of unanswered questions out there but it's certainly open for discussion.
It's an interesting read check out the article here: http://bit.ly/2u5ug3q
